What is a Pedicab? Green and environmentally friendly pedal-powered “pedicabs” are pollution free and a positive alternative to regular taxicabs for short-distance urban travel. Average ride length varies by market, but it is shorter than the traditional taxi ride. Pedicab rides range from 10 to 15 minutes.
What is a Pedicab Driver? Pedicab drivers operate human-powered taxis located in the Park Avenue Area. Pedicab drivers are also ambassadors and field marketing specialists for businesses, distributing marketing material, menus, coupons and product samples.
Roc City Rickshaw rides offer a safe, fun and enjoyable way for visitors and locals to get around Park Avenue and other Rochester summer festival areas …. AND WE NEED DRIVERS!
Are you energetic, in shape, and hard-working? Do you have a positive attitude and a friendly, outgoing personality? If so, then you may have what it takes to become a driver for Roc City Rickshaw.
We are currently looking for physically fit, self-motivated men and women to become drivers for our new bicycle taxi business. Becoming a full or part-time driver for Roc City Rickshaw has a lot of advantages, including:
• The ability to expand your fitness while working outside and meeting interesting people along the way.
• The opportunity to earn $15-20+ PER HOUR IN CASH with no ceiling on earnings.
• Flexibility to be your own boss and to set your own hours. You can work seven days a week or two... it's really all up to you. We even have night and weekend shifts to accommodate any drivers who may also have regular, 9-5 jobs.
